Who we are
Evergreen Financial is an independent insurance agency licensed in Alabama, California, Colorado, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. We represent multiple insurance carriers and are compensated by those carriers when a policy is issued. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency or program.
Information only, not an offer
Everything on this site is general information. It is not an offer of insurance, not a contract, and not financial, tax, or legal advice. Rates, coverage, and availability vary by carrier, state, age, health, and other underwriting factors. No coverage exists until an application is approved by a carrier and the policy is issued and in force. The policy document governs in all cases.
Text messaging terms
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Evergreen Financial:
- Program: messages about your inquiry, your application, appointment scheduling, and your coverage
- Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and where you are in the process
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation, then no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us at (360) 620-8094 or lehnbhrt@lebhrt.org
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- Consent is optional. It is never a condition of buying any product or service.
We send text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent to be contacted by Evergreen Financial. We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain an internal do-not-contact list.
Calls and recording
We may call you at the number you provide regarding your request. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance. Where recording requires notice or consent, that disclosure is given at the start of the call. You may ask us not to record.
Accuracy of information you give us
Insurance applications depend on accurate answers about your health, history, and finances. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information can result in a declined application, a rescinded policy, or a denied claim. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape or harvest information from it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and markup of this site are owned by Evergreen Financial and may not be copied or reused without permission. Carrier names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party links
We may link to carrier or third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits any obligation we owe you under applicable insurance law or a policy issued to you.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
